Repair Authorization Request

At Chili Technology, LLC, we strive to make the best product possible for you.  But, we do realize that – sometimes – things go wrong. When that happens, we want to help make it right.

Use this form to provide us information about your product and the reason for the return. (This form is meant for customers in the United States and Canada. All other customers, please contact us for service.)

To obtain a Repair Authorization number for your product repair, please complete the following fields. Please be as close as possible with your date of purchase. If you do not know the exact month, please choose a month near when you think you made your purchase.

Once all the information is received and confirmed, customer service will respond within one business day with a Repair Authorization number and further instructions guiding you through the process.
