With that in mind, we want to help you in making sure that decision is the right one for you. Therefore, we offer a 90-Day Comfort Guarantee with any <a title="ChiliPad™ – Cooling / Heating Mattress Pad" href="/shop/chilipad-cooling-heating-mattress-pad/">ChiliPad</a>™.
<strong>Here is how the program works:</strong>

<li>The trial period begins the day you receive your <a title="ChiliPad™ – Cooling / Heating Mattress Pad" href="/shop/chilipad-cooling-heating-mattress-pad/">ChiliPad</a>™.</li>
<li>Sleep on your new <a title="ChiliPad™ – Cooling / Heating Mattress Pad" href="/shop/chilipad-cooling-heating-mattress-pad/">ChiliPad</a>™ for 30 nights, which provides sufficient time to get used to the comfort it offers, your ideal sleep temperature, as well as the system in general.</li>
<li>If within the first 90 days you are not comfortable with your <a title="ChiliPad™ – Cooling / Heating Mattress Pad" href="/shop/chilipad-cooling-heating-mattress-pad/">ChiliPad</a>™, please contact us. Our Customer Service will assist you and seek to address any questions or concerns you may have.</li>
<li>If we cannot resolve the situation to your satisfaction, we will take the <a title="ChiliPad™ – Cooling / Heating Mattress Pad" href="/shop/chilipad-cooling-heating-mattress-pad/">ChiliPad</a>™ back and reimburse your purchase price, less the initial shipping costs.</li>
<li>Please note you will be responsible for return shipping charges to Chili Technology. Feel free to contact our Customer Service for tips and suggestions for protection of your <a title="ChiliPad™ – Cooling / Heating Mattress Pad" href="/shop/chilipad-cooling-heating-mattress-pad/">ChiliPad</a>™ during shipment.</li>
<li>All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and must be given a “Return Authorization Number” from Customer Service. This RA will expire within 30 days of the date of issuance. The RA must be included with the product returned, along with your name and contact information.</li>
<li>Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the product at Chili Technology.</li>
<li>If the <a title="ChiliPad™ – Cooling / Heating Mattress Pad" href="/shop/chilipad-cooling-heating-mattress-pad/">ChiliPad</a>™ was originally purchased through an Authorized Dealer, you should contact that Dealer for assistance in this process. The refund will be provided by your Dealer.</li>
